1. Who we are (the data controller)
Fayterr.ai Ltd (“Fayterr”, “we”, “us”) is the controller responsible for the personal data processed through this website.

For any question about this notice or your personal data, please contact us at contact@fayterr.ai.
2. What data we collect and why
We keep data collection to a minimum. We process personal data only in the following situations:
a) When you use the contact form or email us
We process the name, email address and the content of the message you provide. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to communicate with you about it.
Legal basis: the processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.
b) When you simply visit the website
Our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data, which may include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the pages requested, and technical information such as your browser and operating system. This is used to operate the site securely and reliably and to diagnose technical problems.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security, stability and integrity of the website.
This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, analytics or profiling tools, and it does not carry out any automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Service providers and recipients
We share personal data only with the service providers that help us operate this website, and only to the extent necessary. These include:
Form delivery — Web3Forms. When you submit the contact form, the data is transmitted through Web3Forms, a form-processing service, which forwards your message to our email inbox. Web3Forms processes the submission on our behalf to deliver it.
Web fonts — Google Fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google’s font servers. When a page loads, your browser contacts Google and your IP address is transmitted to Google for the purpose of delivering the fonts.
Front-end library (CDN). The site loads a styling library from a content delivery network. As with any external resource, your browser’s request discloses your IP address to that provider in order to deliver the file.
Hosting provider. Our web host stores the website files and processes server log data as described above.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. International transfers
Some of the service providers described above are located outside the United Arab Emirates and the ADGM, which means your personal data may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions. Where we transfer personal data outside the ADGM, we do so in accordance with the Data Protection Regulations 2021 — either to a jurisdiction recognised as providing an adequate level of protection, or subject to appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses), or where another lawful basis for the transfer applies.
5. How long we keep your data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, where relevant, to manage any resulting business relationship or to comply with legal and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Server log data is kept only for a short period for security and diagnostic purposes.
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions and exemptions in the Data Protection Regulations 2021, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- request erasure of your data where there is no overriding reason to keep it;
- restrict or object to certain processing of your data;
- receive certain data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (data portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@fayterr.ai. We will respond within the timeframes required by the Regulations.
7. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, we encourage you to contact us first so we can address it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office of Data Protection of the Abu Dhabi Global Market, headed by the Commissioner of Data Protection.
8. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration, including transport encryption (HTTPS) for data submitted through this website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The current version is always available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown at the top.
